Pvdbyte ("us", "we", or "our") operates the Tickster mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "Service", or “App”).

We Use Google Firebase and may use Google Analytics to help us analyze trends and track app usage and gather broad data for internal use only.

4. International Transfer
Our App or Service is intended for users in the United States. US users that travel outside of the country must remove the service before leaving the United States.

If Tickster/Pvdbyte is involved in an acquisition or asset sale, your Personal Information may be transferred. We will provide notice before your Personal Information is transferred if it becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.

The security of your data is important to us, and therefore, we use commercially reasonable physical, administrative, and technological safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of all information collected through the Service . 9. Children Under the Age of 13
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on or through our App or our Service. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware your minor has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we discover that a minor has provided us with Personal Information, we will delete such information from our servers immediately.

We will continue to evaluate this Privacy Policy against new technologies, business practices and our users’ needs, and may make changes to the Privacy Policy accordingly.
